#parfait #dessert #tasty Motichoor Rabri Parfait Servings - 3 - 4 INGREDIENTS Milk - 1.5 litres Sugar - 30 grams Saffron - 1/4 teaspoon Almonds - 1 1/2 tablespoons Hazelnuts - 1 1/2 tablespoons Pistachios - 1 1/2 tablespoons Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon Milk - 250 milliliters Custard powder - 20 grams Sugar - 1 teaspoon Whipping cream - 150 grams Motichoor ladoo Pistachios - for garnishing PREPARATION 1. Take a heavy skillet, add 1.5 litres milk and stir well. 2. Bring it to a boil. 3. Add 30 grams sugar, 1/4 teaspoon saffron and mix it well. 4. Bring it to a boil. 5. Boil for about 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat. 6. Then, add 1 1/2 tablespoons almonds, 1 1/2 tablespoons hazelnuts, 1 1/2 tablespoons pistachios, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it well. 7. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat or until the mixture thickens. 8. Remove it from heat and keep aside. 9. In a bowl, add 250 milliliters milk, 20 grams custard powder, 1 teaspoon sugar and mix it well. 10. Take a deep pan, add the mixture in it and stir well. 11. Bring it to a boil. 12. Remove it from heat and keep aside. 13. In a bowl, add 150 grams whipping cream and whisk it well. 14. Now, add the prepared custard mixture, prepared rabri and mix it well. 15. Take a serving glass, add some crushed motichoor ladoo in it. 16. Then, fill it halfway with prepared frosting. 17. Repeat this process one more time. 18. Garnish with pistachios. 19. Serve.
