Eggless Chocolate Walnut Cake


#egglesscakes #yum #desserts Eggless Chocolate Walnut Cake Servings - 3 - 4 INGREDIENTS Yogurt - 230 grams Castor sugar - 120 grams Baking powder - 1 1/4 teaspoons Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla beans - 1 teaspoon Oil - 80 milliliters All purpose flour - 150 grams Cocoa powder - 50 grams Coffee powder - 1 teaspoon Walnuts - 75 grams Chocolate chips - 30 grams Water Cadbury bournville - 160 grams Fresh cream - 80 grams Butter - 2 tablespoons Milk - 1 tablespoon Walnuts - for garnishing PREPARATION 1. In a mixing bowl, add 230 grams yogurt, 120 grams castor sugar and whisk until smooth. 2. Add 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon vanilla beans and mix it well. 3. Then, add 80 milliliters oil and whisk it well. 4. Now, take a stainer and add 150 grams all purpose flour, 50 grams cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon coffee powder and sieve this properly. 5. Mix it well until the mixture becomes smooth. 6. Add 75 grams walnuts, 30 grams chocolate chips and mix it well. 7. Transfer this into a baking dish and spared it evenly. 8. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 40 - 45 minutes. 9. Remove it from oven. 10. Take a deep pan, add some water, place a bowl on top of it. 11. Add 160 grams cadbury bournville, 80 grams fresh cream, 2 tablespoons butter and stir continuously until the chocolate is melted. 12. Add 1 tablespoon milk and mix it well. 13. Remove it from heat and keep aside. 14. Drizzle some prepared chocolate ganache on top of it. 15. Garnish with walnuts. 16. Cut it into slices. 17. Serve.
