#healthy #tasty #fitness Healthy Spiral Servings - 2 - 3 INGREDIENTS Carrots - 100 grams Cabbage - 100 grams Beetroot - 100 grams Spring onions - 1 1/2 tablespoons Salt - 1 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon Mayonnaise - 100 grams Ketchup - 100 grams Melted butter - 20 milliliters Bread slices PREPARATION 1. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams carrots, 100 grams cabbage, 100 grams beetroot, 1 1/2 tablespoons spring onions, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 100 grams mayonnaise, 100 grams ketchup, 20 milliliters melted butter and mix it well. 2. Take a bread slice and cut it’s edges. Do the same with other bread slices. 3. Place one bread on the top of the other bread slice at the end. (See Video) 4. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin. 5. Add the prepared mixture in it and spread it evenly. 6. Roll it tightly and then roll it into a plastic wrap and seal the sides properly. 7. Refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours. 8. Remove it from refrigerator and remove the plastic wrap. 9. Cut it into slices. 10. Serve.
