Homemade Turkey Soup Servings - 2 - 3 INGREDIENTS Water - 1.4 litres Olive oil - 2 teaspoons Sea salt - 1 teaspoon U.S. turkey - 850 grams Olive oil - 2 teaspoons Onions - 45 grams Celery - 45 grams Carrots - 100 grams Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon PREPARATION 1. Boil 1.4 litres water in a pan, add 2 teaspoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 850 grams U.S. turkey and bring it to a boil. 2. Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil, add 45 grams onions, 45 grams celery, 100 grams carrots and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. 3. Add prepared turkey stock and mix it well. 4. Now, add shredded turkey, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, and boil for 3 - 5 minutes. 5. Serve hot.
