Eggless Chocolate Tart Servings - 2 - 3 INGREDIENTSWater - 40 milliliters Castor sugar - 80 grams Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Unsalted butter - 180 grams All purpose flour - 200 grams Cadbury cocoa powder - 20 grams All purpose flour - for dusting Water - 250 milliliters Cadbury Bournville - 250 grams Melted butter - 25 milliliters Fresh Cream 100 millilitersChocolate ganache - for Filling White chocolate ganache - for decoration Pistachios - for garnishing Whipped chocolate cream - for decoration Dried cranberries - for garnishing PREPARATION 1. In a bowl, add 40 milliliters water, 80 grams castor sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well. 2. In a mixing bowl, add 180 grams unsalted butter and whisk it well. 3. Add 200 grams all purpose flour in batches and mix it well. 4. Then, add 20 grams cadbury cocoa powder and mix it well. 5. Now, add the prepared sugar mixture and mix it well to make a thick batter. 6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. 7. Remove it from refrigerator and take a ball from dough and dust it with flour. 8. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin. 9. Place the dough in the tart moulder and remove the excess dough from it. 10. Prick the dough with the help of a fork. 11. Preheat the oven to 300°F/150°C. Bake for about 15 minutes. 12. Remove it from oven. 13. Remould the tart from it. 14. Take a deep pan and fill it half with water. 15. Place a bowl, on top of it. Add, 250 grams cadbury bournville, Place it in medium bowl and add 25 grams melted butter, 100 milliliters Fresh cream and mix it well or Until the chocolate is melted. 16. Remove it from heat. 17. Fill it with the prepared chocolate ganache and refrigerate for 15 minutes. 18. Remove it from refrigerator. 19.
