#kurkurelovers #yummy #foodlover Homemade Kurkure Servings - 3 - 4 INGREDIENTS Flattened rice - 100 grams Gram flour - 50 grams Water - 250 milliliters Salt - 1 teaspoon Corn flour - 50 grams Oil - for frying Red chili - 1 teaspoon Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon Salt - 1/4 teaspoon PREPARATION 1. In a blender, add 100 grams flattened rice and blend it into a fine powder. 2. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 50 grams gram flour and mix it well. 3. Take a pan, add 250 milliliters water, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well. 4. Then, add the rice mixture and mix it well. 5. Cover it with lid and cook for about 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat. 6. Open the lid and give it a nice stir. 7. Transfer this into a bowl, add 50 grams corn flour and mix it well. 8. Knead it into a dough. 9. Take some mixture in your hands and roll it into a thin stick. 10. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy. 11. Drain it on an absorbent paper. 12. Transfer this into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix it well. 13. Serve.
