Take a deep pan, add all the ingredients and mix it well. 2. Bring it to a boil. 3. Boil for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat. 4. Remove it from heat and rest the tea for 10 - 12 minutes to infuse the flavour. 5. Strain the tea. 6. Serve. Warm Spiced Turmeric Milk Servings - 2 INGREDIENTS Milk - 300 milliliters Ginger - 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns - 4 Cardamom - 2 pods Cinnamon powder - 1/8 teaspoon Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon Honey - 1 1/2 teaspoons PREPARATION 1. Take a deep pan, add all the ingredients and mix it well. 2. Bring it to a boil. 3. Boil for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat. 4. Remove it from heat and rest the milk for 15 minutes to infuse the flavour. 5. Strain the tea. 6. Serve. Ginger And Turmeric Hot Cider Servings - 2 INGREDIENTS Sweet apple cider - 250 milliliters Ginger - 1 teaspoon Lemon peel - 1 tablespoon Turmeric - 1 teaspoon PREPARATION 1.
