Chicken Taka Tak Servings - 2 - 3 INGREDIENTS Chicken Breast - 350 grams Hung curd - 100 grams Fresh cream - 2 tablespoons Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons Salt - 1 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon Tandoori masala - 1 teaspoon Oil - 35 milliliters PREPARATION 1. Take 350 grams chicken breast and cut it into pieces. 2. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 100 grams hung curd, 2 tablespoons fresh cream, 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon tandoori masala and mix it well. 3. Marinate for 30 minutes. 4. Heat some oil in a grill pan, add the marinated chicken on it. 5. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from all sides. 6. Remove it from heat. 7.
